1.1 EKDALA.COM does not have the provision to refund, if you have changed your mind after a particular purchase. However, if you do not receive product as per the specification and picture given in the website, EKDALA Team would ensure ‘Replacement Guarantee’.
1.2 EKDALA.COM strongly recommends it’s customers to read and understand the following policy regarding refund and replacement:
- During the delivery, in presence of courier man, please check whether the products are sealed and QC sticker is available. Break the seal after you match the invoice/reference number and cheek for the accuracy and serviceability of the product. Please let the courier man to know if you find any unexpected damage or incorrect products is sent. Immediately call customer care, if possible take a picture of the damaged area and send it with a short description to the customer care. Our customer care team shall take care of your problem for return/exchange/replace of your products. However, no complain shall be accepted if you declare the problems of the products after the courier man departs.
- If the customer receive incorrect product while matching the invoice/reference number, then it is advised not to remove the product from its original packaging and seal. It is further advised to contact the EKDALA.COM customer care, so that we can resolve the mistake by collecting and replacing correct product to you as quickly as possible.
- For sub Para a & b pack the item if seal is opened and send it through our designated courier with proper label and papers or do according to the advice by our customer care team. If the item came with a free promotional item, then the promotional item must also be returned.
- After necessary verification and on confirmation of actual problem, EKDALA office shall replace damaged or defective items within 10 working days after the item arrives at EKDALA office with tags, label, original packaging and without any further injury to the products. Upon quality check of the item, if a return is invalid then we will notify you and resend the item(s) back to you.
- Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by short circuit, or broken by customer.
- In case of incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or the recipient is unreachable over phone or no one is available during delivery time, in such cases the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made. In this situation, the items would be available with the courier counter for maximum 05 business days.
- In addition, the delivered product(s) in question due to incorrect invoice or reference number can also be returned to EKDALACOM in their original state & unsealed condition, including all labels without any injury to the products through the courier man. Any such cancellation must be done by the EKDALA.COM customer care team by either calling 0088029665077, 0088-01703234564 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If accepted, EKDALA.COM shall bear all the relevant expenditure for the courier.
- The goods which is having warranty should be contacted to nearest service center of that product directly or EKDALA Customer Care immediately on discovery of the defects.
Return of Products Policy
1.3 Except certain exceptional products like; electronic & electrical goods, toys, glass made goods etc, you are entitled to return any purchase concluded on EKDALA.COM within 02 days of the product(s) being delivered. In order to obtain a purchase price refund, the product(s) must be sent back to EKDALA.COM intact & without any injury to the products. Customers are to make necessary coordination with the customer care prior to send back the products. In such cases, customer shall bear the expenditure of both courier services and 20% service charges.
